PS3 Downloading. (please help)

Hey folks. So, my router gave out a few weeks ago, and I replaced it. Since then, downloading is really really SLOW. As an example, I am currently downloading a video as I write this. I say "Currently" because I started it at 6:15 or so Eastern time. It is now about 8:30 Eastern time (as I write this) and it is only 45% downloaded. It would have only taken a few minutes before, and now if I'm lucky it will be done by mid-night. :) Any ideas wht is causing this? Any help is appriciated.
I don't have ADD, I...mmmm, pancakes.....

Are your ports properly forwarded?
