Unfortunately, the short answer to that specific question is no. There's no way to guarantee
an opponent will bleed in FPR in any match. Heck, I've seen wrestlers go a while in hardcore/explosion matches without bleeding.
The long answer is check out the move data document for the strikes that have the highest percentage of blood-letting. The "knuckle arrow" is a pretty high candidate as is some of the shoudas. If you use cpu logic to put those moves early in the moveset, you'll at least be upping the likelihood of early blood. But you can't guarantee it, it's all up to chance and the engine.
