GORE Japan.
GORE Japan is a violent, Bloody, explosive, hard -hitting experience for the whole family! Started in the early 90's by 'Hungry' Horiguchi during Japans Deathmatch wrestling boom, GORE Japan has scaled down considerably since its heyday, after losing many of its top stars(in most part due to Horiguchi's immense ego!). GORE Japan now runs the majority of its shows as an after dinner entertainment show in the 'Hungry 4 Deathsteaks'* restaurant. However it has recently begun to turn things around (mainly due to the revenue brought in by '....Deathsteaks' and the fact that Horiguchi is often too busy running the restaurant to play a major role in the running of GORE) it has a working relationship with S-Dojo, Runs 2 very entertaining PPVs a year 'Splattermania' and 'Man vs Barbwire' and has a highly talented roster who are willing to do anything to make GORE Japan the top Hardcore promotion in Puroresu.

*Hungry 4 Deathsteaks has fast become one of Japans ultimate dining experiences. With the tagline 'You kill 'em we grill 'em!' customers are invited to put their cow through one of the many 'tenderizing' techniques before they are grilled, with Exploding Barbwire Steak and Bed of Nails Beefburger being among the most popular items on the menu!

Spoiler: show

Image
Takeshi 'Hard Head' Hanzo Finish: Sen-Nuki Bomb (Spiral bomb)
This is one tough SOB, whilst training his instructor told him that to go far he would have to use his head more, Hanzo appears to of taken this quite literally. He is one of the few men to have held the GOREiest Championship

Image
'The Iron Cook' Kaga Finish: Deba Bochu (Blazing chop)
The Head Chef of '....deathsteaks' after a hard nights work there is nothing more that Kaga likes than stepping in the ring and serving up an extra helping of Hardcore Violence.

Image
Nobuo Sawa Finish: Sweet & Sawa (Candian Destroyer)
Known as the 'Heart and Soul of GORE Japan'. While not the most talented, Sawa is willing to try anything to entertain the fans and is possibly the most popular wrestler on the Roster!

Image
'Ikeman' Hashi Finish: Facebreaker (legsweep Facebuster)
The (self proclaimed) Sexiest man in GORE Japan! Hashi truely believes himself to be gods gift to women and can often be found cruising the tables of '.....Deathsteaks' before his match-up. Please ladies do watch out for him, he is riddled.......

Image
'The Lucha-Core' Blue Halcon Jr Finish: Swooping Elbow (Superstar Elbow)
Known in Mexico for being quite the spot Monkey, he Came over to Japan to work on his 'technical' side. this never really happened though as Blue Halcon Jr fell in love with the Hardcore Style of GORE and has been tearing his way through the promotion ever since!

Image
Otaku Kenji Finish: Piledriver
A huge fan of GORE Japan since its Inception. When GORE Japan held a tournament to crown a GOREiest Champion it found itself to be a wrestler short, Otaku Kenji decided to step up and volunteered to compete! Although he went out in the first round Kenji showed such spirit they offered him a contract immediately! oh and he loves star trek.

Image
Brad 'Pretty Boy' Matthews Finish: Pretty Boy Punch (Discus Punch)
A Male model who through a booking mix up ended up competing in GORE! Cares more about protecting his 'Gorgeous face' than beating his opponents.

Image
Scampi Hooper Finish: Hunger strike (Final cut)
Upon hearing of the Attrocites being commited at 'Hungry 4 Deathsteaks' this Animal rights activist headed straight over to Japan to protest! Realising that the best way to get his message across would be to compete in GORE he immediately signed a contract and let me say for a Vegan he sure is Blood-thirsty!

Image
Dagger Sanada Finish: HarleyDavidsonDrop (Shotgun)
This Hells Angel wannabe loves to Brawl! If he's not riding around on his Hog then hes punching people in the face.

Image

A roster member of countless Hardcore feds this guy just cant get enough of Deathmatches! Never having fully healed from one match to the next doesn't appear to slow him down, This guy just never stops!!

Cezar Martinez Finish: Barrio buster (Falcon Arrow Crush)
A Lucha-Libre child prodigy, Cezar Martinez could of had it all and but he threw it away to live the Gangster life! After a shady business deal left him unable to leave Japan he joined GORE to vent some of his frustrations!

Image
SARU Finish: Monkey Buster (High jump Face Bust)
When heading off on an excursion to Mexico the Plane carrying SARU crash landed into the South American rainforest. SARU was discovered 7 years later living amongst a family of monkeys. He has now returned to GORE Japan but appears to be having a little difficulty settling back into normal civilisation.

S-Dojo

The Sato-Dojo (S-Dojo) was started in the early 90's by Shinjiro Sato as a place for Japanese Wrestlers travelling abroad to come together and learn from each other the different styles and techniques used in the various independents dotted across the United states. As a Japanese star who had been touring the USA for quite some time (as one half of the hugely succesful tag team 'The Rising Sons' alongside Akira Gotoh) Shinjiro Sato built up quite a few contacts and if you were a young Puro star who wanted to get booked abroad you went through him. Around the turn of the century Sato noticed that the level of talent coming over was worsening and being the proud countryman that he was, realised that something needed to be done about this, S-Dojo would have to move to Japan. The Rising Sons vacated all Titles they had won (Much to Akira Gotoh's chagrin) and headed home.

Since then S-Dojo has gone from Strength to Strength. What started as a training facility is now a fully fledged promotion in its own right. Talent from all over the world comes to compete in S-Dojo as Shinjiro Sato believes that to reach the top of your game you must learn from every option available. Using his Contacts Sato has set up a well established excursion policy with Rookies being sent all over the globe to be educated in the ways of Pro Wrestling. Upon returning from excursion a tournament is held to find the Ace of each Generation, With everything on the line these events are truely spectacular. S-Dojo has highly competitive Heavyweight and Jr Heavyweight Divisions and has also recently set up a Shoot-style Division.....TAKEDOWN - (For those who like to hit harder)

Spoiler: show

Image
Tomo Fujiwara
a former Wrestler who is now the head Referee of S-Dojo, Occasionally he hops in the ring and it seems through refereeing he may of picked up one or two of the heels dirty tricks.

Image

A sad tale, Warhawk was without a doubt going to be a junior heavyweight sensation but a horrendous car accident early in his career put an end to that. Now S-Dojo's Jr Division Referee, Warhawk can pass on his knowledge to the next generation.

Image
Taka Kono
The newest of the Referees, Taka Kono joined S-Dojo looking to become a superstar but some early injuries have put a hold on that. now with a front seat house to the action Kono absorbs as much knowledge as he can.

By far the Tallest member of S-Dojo. Inoue is a former basketball star with an amazing vertical jump and for a man his size he can often be seen soaring off the top rope.

Image
Daijishin Finish: Taichi-Ai (Ransalse)
A promising Junior heavyweight who due to an administration error ended up attending a Sumo heiya whilst on his Excursion! Now after impressively bulking up, he returns to the Heavyweight ranks to show he has what it takes.

Image
Shinya Motoki Finish:Shining Hammer (Burning Hammer)
Is a young pro wrestling natural with HUGE potential. Asked personally by Sato to come train at S-Dojo, Motoki is a 'little' on the cocky side but when you see him in the ring........ you sure can see why.

Image
'Atomic' Kenta Asako Finish:Asako DDT (Large Rolling DDT)
An astonishingly strong young wrestler from Hiroshima. Asako has only been wrestling for the better half of 2 years and already has surpassed Guys who have been competing for decades. Keep an eye on this young supernova.

Image
Naoki Matsunaga Finish: Beijing Suplex '08 (Blizzard Suplex)
A member of Japans 2008 Olympic wrestling team, Matsunaga sadly didnt get to compete in Beijing as during his training he suffered a nasty neck injury. whilst this wasnt career ending it did require him to take a lot of time off to rehab it. While he still craves that Gold Medal he has realised he needs to toughen himself up and feels that Pro wrestling is the way to do just that.

Image
Temujinn Gansukh Finish:Khan-Cussion (Original STN)
Fed up of just throwing fellow Mongolian Wrestlers around The 'khan of the Suplex' has come to S-Dojo to Chuck everyone around!! A natural Tag team wrestler he teams up with Tetsuhiro Ueda as the Iron Brothers, and the pair are set to make an impact on S-Dojos Tag division.

Image
Karl Jaegar Finish: Jaegar Bomb (Spinning Doctor Bomb)
After toiling in the US indy scene for years Karl Jaegar has recently discovered that he is the sole heir to an incredibly rich German Baron. To say that this revelation has gone to Jaegar's head would be an understatement (Jaegar was hugely dissappointed when he found out Baron's don't get to wear crowns) .

Image
'Mr Nooshintoo' Katsuhiko Togo Finish: KO Kick (Blade Kick)
The man with the feet of steel....literally. When a young boy, Togo had his feet severely crushed when the school bus he was waiting for came a little to close too the curb! After surgery the doctors informed him that many Steel plates had been grafted to what was left of the bones in his feet! Not one to feel sorry for himself, 'Mr Nooshintoo' used his surgically enhanced feet to his advantage and began training himself in a variety of martial arts.

Image
Jun Sekimoto Finish: Devildriver (Sterness dust)
One of the 2nd Generation of trainees. Sekimoto was actually heavily favoured by Sato and many thought he would become his Generations Ace but this was not to be. After losing to Katsumoto, Sekimoto went on a losing streak. He left S-Dojo for a time and whilst away he became obsessed with the Occult, strangely this has done wonders for his career as he has gone on quite the winning run, even capturing the Tag Titles with his new partner ONI.

Image
ONI Finish: ONI-NI-KANABO (X Fire Powerbomb)
Not much is known of this masked behemoth. He showed up in S-Dojo with the returning Jun Sekimoto and the two of them have battered their way to the top of the Tag team ranks. Known for not particularly caring about his opponents safety, the ONI-NI KANABO is one of the nastiest powerbombs you will ever see.

Image
Akio 'Flash' Tanaka Finish: Hanabi Special (Top Rope R Roll Pin) Akio Clutch (Ashiya Clutch)
Early in his career Akio Tanaka suffered severe Nerve damage in hi elbow whilst training with his Dojo mate Hiro Matsunada. Akio was just starting to be noticed for his wicked elbows and with this setback he believed his career to be over before it had really begun. Sato however had other ideas, Sending the young star off on a mexican excursion, Tanaka became well versed in a variety off different technical cradles and has become a Master of the roll-up. He now goes by the nickname 'Flash' due to his ability to end a match at any given moment.

Image
Yuji SakataFinish:Sakata Splash (Frog Body Press)

Since birth has had the feeling that he was meant for great things. Now in the S-Dojo nothing will keep Mirai from reaching his destiny.

Image
JD Challenger Finish:Scally-Whack (IR)
From just outside of London, England raised on the highly technical style of British wrestling, Challenger is an excellent young grappler who could go far.....if he wasn't such a Tosser!

Image
Hector Hernandez Finish:Hector-can-Rana (Rapid Hurracanrana)
Formerly morbidly obese since having his stomach stapled Hernandez has thinned down incredibly. Previously having never been able to be much of a highflyer (due to his rather large size) when the newly slimmed down Hernandez first pulled off a Hurracanrana, the crowd began chanting 'Hector can Rana! Hector Can Rana! Loving the attention he was recieving after each of his newly learnt 'Flashy' moves Hector would appeal to the crowd to incite more cheers! Over time the crowds turned on this Braggart....Happily though Hernandez fails to recognize that the crowd has turned against him and just appeals to them all the more!

Image
Hiro Matsunada Finish:Hiro-IC (Minoru Special III)

A Technico for the vast majority of his career Arana Gigantes used to perform under the moniker 'Arana Hombre' (a blatant rip off of Spiderman) when Sony Pictures - Spiderman film was released, their lawyers ordered 'Arana Hombre' to cease his blatant copyright infringing! Blaming the fans for his misfortune (because they funded sony by seeing the film!) Arana Hombre left the promotion, bulked up (massively, and suspiciously quickly) and became the dispicable 'Arana gigante' an evil, bitter Rudo who takes his frustrations out on any and all of the fans favourites

Wow...somehow Chango Fett found a way to make me really interested in a deathmatch fed!

First off - who ever made those ring logos for Gore Japan and Deathsteaks gets this:

Spoiler: show

Logos like that deserve a high reward 8)

I love the whole Deathsteaks restaurant theme and how that ties into the hardcore fed. The wrestlers look AMAZING with the way you worked in various scars, blood, etc into their appearance but not having it go overboard. S-Dojo looks top notch too.

Incredible creativity here by Chango, looking forward to this pack 8)

OH MAN

I dunno how you are doing it but not only are these appearances awesome (a great combo of detailed and clean) but they're also so original! I love the patterns on Nagano!

I really love the appearances for Sven, Haruki, Hector, and Hiro!

Hiro is a perfect example of what you can do with the appearance engine if you really put some thought into it, while at the same time it just looks so clean and almost futuristic!! :D
