Added a number of North American wrestlers so it's no longer strictly joshi.

Large re-edit of Carlos Amano's logic - Plays much better, uses more of her moveset and doesn't spam stuff like the German near as much anymore.
Minor re-edit of Allison Danger's logic - Mainly just changed things so whe wasn't spamming the Shining Enzu quite as much.

Spent a lot of time trying to re-create the gear she wore in her later days but could never come up with anything I was satisfied with so I left it all white which is what she wore in her younger days. Moveset & logic are based on the time when she was going though her "Sumo" phase.

Kind of a weird wrestler. She does a lot of hardcore brawling but is also a trainee of Mariko Yoshida and is more then capable of bringing the gound game too. Moveset & logic are a mix of both but leans more towards her brawling side. Look is based on the gear she wears when she's in a brawling mood.

On the rare ocasions he wrestles, he almost always loses but isn't going to get totaly squashed to hell in a few mins. Logic & Parameters were set up to try and reflect this.
