Fire Pro G English Rename Save

i have it in gme form but i have no clue how to convert it to PSV, i saw a guide on how with a psp but i have no psp so that's a no go. Does anyone know a way to convert the one on gamefaqs to PSv or have it in that format?

Why use that when you can use this: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=27360 instead?

It has to be in PSV format to be able to be transfered to my ps3
