Dave showed me something that I’m not allowed to share with you… because it’s not yet final and they’re still deciding on how to implement it. Although I can’t go into detail about this feature, I will say that you would never imagine it in a million years. It’s all about options, it’s all about personal preferences, and it’s all about pleasing as many gamers at once. In other words, it’s the exact kind of feature that ALL games need, not just wrestling games. I am VERY excited for this feature, as it shows that the PWX developers are INCREDIBLY tuned in to what wrestling gamers REALLY want.

Create-a-Tractor mode is in?!?

From the review it sounds kinda like it won't be ready on the 28th. Isn't that their "make or brake" date?

Nice to hear this progress. Ive been following from day one and it's amazing he's kept it going. I can only imagine what people could do mod-wise with this being on a pc!

We all now that Dave's wrestling game roots mean he's going to do his best to give us the mechanics we like and what THQ has so much trouble trying to capture. The question is whether his best is good enough, and i Can't wait to see what he's come up with. I will buy this when it comes out and hope it gets continued support and evolves into the game we all envision.

Is it a minigame where you beat up Vince Russo for points and the person with the highest score gets the real deal alone in the ring for 5 minutes with a barbed wire bat?

I have been following PWX from the time it was a mailing list. I am seriously happy to read it is finally this far along.
I would buy it even if Sony had said it was a steaming pile of dog fart, just to support the effort. However he did not say that, he said it is looking good, so I am pretty psyched.

I am also quite curious about the "special feature" I wonder if it is a choice in grapple mechanic.. like you can use Timing or rock paper scissors or button mash. Kind of Like AAW did , which is something I love about AAW..

I'm looking forward to playing this. It's about time we got a new wrestling game to play. :)

As others have stated, I too have been following PWX from the outset. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to purchase it and play it. Who knows, this could be the start of something big.

On a side note, I wonder if Dave will at some point allower supporters to send in contributions to assist with his efforts?
