Question because of the stats

I have recently copied a shitload of wrestlers to my Memory Card image (I play via emulation - thx SilentJ130 for the hint - it works!!!)

The most of the CAWs look great and I hope that there Logic is fine (that will be seen soon). But I am not satisfied with all the stats (but this depends mostly on personal opinion).

One Question: What exactly does the stat "overall" stand for. Going after Jason Blackhart's list with the default stats, it should determine some kind of MMA fighting style, which makes sense, because nearly the most premade wrestlers have lousy stats there. But in Billwoods guide it says, that this would be simply a grounding skill. And now in the game it says "overall" (which doesn't exactly imply something with MMA/Groundin'). So what the hell is it?

And do I understand it right, that the stat "Entertainment" stands for comedy like attacks (like Scotty 2 Hotty's "The Worm"). It seems like this, because going after Blackhart's list with the default stats, the most wrestlers have low offence an huge defence there - the only exceptetion are weird wrestlers like Ofune and some Lucha-style Wrestlers.

Overall uses moves like the MMA mounts, and entertainment is for moves like the spell, mist, and comedy spots.

Okay, one last question: What does a lower defense stat cause? Is it, that attacks of those types, where the defense stats are low, are more devastating or does it cause, that a caw has minor chances to perform a counter, when attacked with such attacks? Or even both?

BTW - The logic seems to be fine. Top job by the editors. The caws stand their ground even against equally strong premade Wrestlers (had an awesome sim: Quackenbush vs Koji Kanemoto - Quackenbush FTW).
