Rules

1- No edit restrictions aside from the following
(- 4 Edits per Roster that are over 205 Parameter
(- No edit can exceed 245 Parameter

:Reducing the stat point max of a wrestler from 260 to 245

2- Anyone can join simply send your save to me, or post it on the board here.
(-There is a Two Promotion limit per member, yes you can have 2 promotions, but still only one vote on the IWW board.
(- Also post your Roster in the thread, region and any other promotion details.

3- Anyone can leave the Alliance at any time.

4- You may also post Ring Formulas, belt designs and Logo
(-Best get in via voting. (due to Fire Pro's space limits)

5-There is a 40 Edit Roster limit, however you are allowed to submit upto 10 Freelance per Month.
(- Still not happy? You can still get that extra edit/s in the save. It's easy simply obtain a spot on another Members roster, how you do this is upto you and said member.
(- Members who have remained active for over 6 months and maintain said activity are permitted to bump their roster max to 42. (the Kidcage clause)
5a-Swapping Edits, and talent exchange agreements are entirely up to said promotion owners and is encouraged.

BY LAWS

Section 1 Territories.
- No current or applying member may take a stake in a Territory if disputed by a existing member.
a) However the neutral space not assigned to any territories is up for grabs.
b) Promotions of National or Global level are not hindered by section one's rules.
c) Regions like Tokyo, LA, London, Vegas and NYC (any huge financial market) are open to ANY Promotion
Section 2 World Title
-The World Title can and must be defended by the champion to the universally declared number one contender, once a month.
a) Number one contendership is determined by a Majority vote by the Board of Directors.
b) If the World Champion does not accept the defense of his Title or leaves the Wrestling Alliance the Title will be stripped.
c) Should the Title become rightfully disputed a Tournament will take place.
d) Think you got a wrestler who deserves a shot? Simply submit him as your number 1 contender and the Board will vote.
Section 3 Voting
- The Board of Directors will vote on any matters they seem fit.
a) A vote can be called by any member, but for the verdict to pass 60% of the Active Board must vote.
b) To obtain a spot on the Board of Directors simply join your promotion to the Alliance, and or obtain voting rights from a Promotions leader to act in their stead.
c) If however anyone was to leave the Alliance their vote shall go with them, and if the last vote was not passed before there departure said last vote would be void.
d) After any successful vote the Chairman must pass the vote.
e) A initial vote will be done to decide the chairman of the alliance, every 2 months or being said chairmen departed the Alliance a new vote will be held.
Section 4 Joining the Alliance
- Joining is permitted to any and all Promotions who meet the Guidelines below.
1- Promotion does not exceed a 40 man roster.
2-Freelance Roster is allowed for any promotion.
3-If there is a unanimous vote to keep out said promotion, that promotion will not be Available for membership. (this has never happened beside the way)
Section 5 Media
-The six logo spots and ten ring slots will go to the best designs.
Section 6 -Freelancer Wrestlers-
Only wish to submit one or two edits and not a entire fed? No worries you can, also if you submit more than 6 Edits you earn a spot on the Board of Directors and will be involved in any and all votes. Although you will fall under the same rules as Promotion owners. Only 4 of your edits are allowed over 205 Parameter, and must be under 260.
-Freelancers can also
-)Be signed into existing feds, to do so the Promotion Owners must contact the Freelancers manager(Creator) and obtain the rights to the wrestler.
-)Or if you submit a number of Freelancers over time and wish to form your own Promotion your more than welcomed to. Just post your desire to do so in the thread or PM me Desertpunk23, or any other active staff member.

The Union Pro Clause
Every membe rof the IWW owns stake in the UPW and as such has access to it's talent for any matter. If a promotion goes dead or a member leaves the IWW with their approval certian wrestlers may be signed to UPW.
One Edit Voters Amendment
An vote for all IWW matters can be given out to an member with a single edit (or more) if that edits handler is active in IWW affairs.
What this boils down to is you need not submit a entire promotion to have a voice in the IWW. If you are active with IWW business you will recieve a vote.
