@Geese.. The Dr claims its will pass. Didnt talk about the future. I was just glad it wasnt my brain. Had TWO CAT scans this week because of my paranoia.
Now Im just wondering of I should give Bombay those moves back
If Geese, the character, ever takes over my body, I'm be in trouble. I'd lock myself up, surround myself with garlic, and keep tabs on potential dangerous brothers of any ex-girlfriends I had. Just about every girl I ever dated had a younger brother too

So I'm fair target for a Jinchuu plot
I've heard ginger is good for fighting vertigo.
It will probably pass in a few days. I never had it for more then 4-5.
A few pieces of advice that I have found helped me:
1) Don't let it get too hot (or dry) in the room that you sleep.
2) Fresh air, especially cool air, may help you feel better. And cold water.
3) Limit your spinning in circles to 2 hours a day.

I can go through phases where I have some bad vertigo spells. When I was a kid (and even still to some extent), I had ear infections constantly and had to have tube insertions over and over again. It doesn't happen very often...but boy when it does.
I don't remember having any ear problems. I never got ear infections and I didn't have balance issues (though my coordination sucked

)
The first time I ever had vertigo, I literally woke up with my legs on my bed and my head on the floor. I was upside down and twisted. That was a BAD day as I had literally waoken up on the wrong side of the bed: The floor
