There's an actual trailer, or are you talking about the gameplay video from earlier in the thread? I agree that it's shitty to have to pay to unlock half the roster on launch. I'm just glad I can play as Big Boss Man in a wrestling game since no stores around me have All Stars in anymore.

I ended up buying it because well. I found it fun, I know THQ doesn't have the greatest track record with things, but they could possibly fix a few complaints in future updates. Granted I'm sure that won't happen. But whatever, It's sure better than the TNA game on iOS.

Crush hasn't been in a WWE game since 1994, that's hardly recent. Everyone else though, yeah they've been in a WWE game in the past five years (or even three). I don't have a problem with this game, I'm actually looking forward to the Live/PSN release.

I played it and the gameplay is alot like Wrestlefest so no problems there. The problem I have is the roster. For starters No Warrior which is bullshit, He was the best guy in the original. Then there gonna have the GAUL to charge $1 extra on release day to play as 5 more guys?? When pretty much every other ipod dev gives you complete games for the same $3 price?? Bullshit. If it had the original Wrestlefest graphics with the original roster PLUS new guys, Great! All I could ask for, But as always these days nobody can make a decent sprite worth a shit so the game looks like shit, and to me...IS SHIT.

Ill revisit my decision after I see the completed game with all DLC. Untill then I wont purchase a incomplete game...

All IOS games I have right now on my ipod have free DLC. I havnt come across 1 that made you pay for it. I have Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Backbreaker etc. All free DLC so I dont know what your talking about

There's an hour long gameplay video on Youtube. The Royal Rumble part is hilarious. Austin hits the Stunner, but he doesn't get close enough to toss the opponents out. So he picks them up, hits another Stunner and AGAIN they land closer to the center of the ring than the ropes. The AI repeats the same steps over and over and over again so he has to quit the match. Fucking great.

As far as all iOS games being based on dlc, I strongly disagree. The majority of the games I have we're one time buys for a complete game. Here's a few off the top of my head:

It's...not even a bad game. It plays like the original arcade game, the only real negatives are graphics and animation, which I'll give you are two huge negatives. It's still fun to play and it's true to the original. It's not like they put out a new Fire Pro that played like fucking Giant Gram, this plays like it's supposed to but I doubt most of the people in this thread bitching about it have actually played the game.
